Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the Daeracheon Agarwood website (the "Site") operated by NTV VIET NAM CO., LTD (the "Company").

Article 2 (Nature of the Site)

The Site introduces what agarwood is, its history, and the production process and products of Daeracheon Agarwood. Products are not sold directly on the Site; purchases are made through the retailers listed on the Where to Buy page. Contracts, payment, delivery and returns related to a purchase are governed by the terms of each retailer.

Article 3 (Use of content)

Copyright in the text, photographs and diagrams on the Site belongs to the Company or the original authors. Any reproduction, distribution or transmission beyond non-commercial quotation with attribution requires the Company's permission.

Historical texts and academic materials are quoted for informational purposes and do not imply any efficacy or effect of the products.

Article 4 (User obligations)

Users must not enter another person's information in the inquiry form, send advertising or spam, or interfere with the operation of the Site.

Article 5 (External links)

The Site contains links to external sites such as Naver Blog, academic databases and retailers. The content and services of external sites are the responsibility of their operators.

Article 6 (Changes to these terms)

The Company may change these terms when necessary. Changes take effect from the date they are posted on the Site.
